Representatives of the project coordinator, Kahramanmaraş Metropolitan Municipality, together with the project partners Kahramanmaraş Amateur Sports Clubs Federation (KASKF), Champions Factory (Bulgaria) and Second Chance Sport Association – MESE 2.0 (Hungary) participated in the meeting. Following the opening remarks, each partner organisation was introduced, and the roles and responsibilities within the project were discussed.

The meeting covered the overall structure of the ACT Project, its work packages, implementation timeline, financial management procedures, reporting obligations and coordination mechanisms among the partners. In addition, the partners reviewed the plans for coach and youth training activities, local and international tournaments, educational and awareness videos, as well as visibility and dissemination activities.

During the meeting, the responsibilities of each project partner were clarified, and agreement was reached on the activities and timeline for the initial implementation phase. The partners also agreed to hold regular coordination meetings throughout the project, establish effective communication mechanisms and ensure full compliance with the European Union's visibility requirements.

The ACT Project aims to increase young people's participation in physical activity, strengthen social inclusion and promote international cooperation by using Teqball as an innovative and accessible sport. Throughout the project, coach training programmes, youth training activities, local and international tournaments, educational materials and awareness-raising activities will be implemented.

Through the coordination of Kahramanmaraş Metropolitan Municipality, the project seeks to introduce Teqball to wider audiences, encourage young people to adopt more active lifestyles and strengthen international cooperation for the sustainable development of grassroots sport.
